The AFS900 evolve automatic strapping machine is one of the most advanced in its class. Based on the TRS600 design and incorporating features such as auto strap feed for easy strap loading, short feed sensor and re-feed function to reduce mis-feeds, electronic tension control for quick and simple tension adjustment and auto loop ejector to eliminate down time.

• Short feed sensor – The sensor will detect whether the strap is at sealing position. If it is not, the start switch cannot be activated.
• Auto strap refeed –  The machine will automatically refeed itself if a mis-strap occurs.
• Strap end ejector – End of strap sensor ejects end of coil and prepares for the next coil of strap.
• Arch sizes available – 850mm x 600mm and 1050mm x 800mm.
